(1) Vendor needs to provide trail network plan development consultant services for possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to conduct a comprehensive study involving the identification, mapping, and analysis of trail networks to the government authority located Howell, MI.
- conduct a comprehensive study involving the identification, mapping, and analysis of trail networks
- create a multi-community trail network plan that will identify and map existing trails, analyze conditions of existing trails and capacity for multi-modal, non-motorized use, identify gaps in trail provision and provide a prioritized strategy for future trail linkages including cost estimates
- Technical summary of existing documents and maps
- Technical summary/ GIS mapping of existing trail network, gap analysis, and connectivity including any opportunities and constraints analysis
- Analyze conditions of existing trails
- Analyze capacity for multi-modal, non-motorized use.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
