(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural competency consulting services for leading and facilitating change management, equity, cultural competency, and proven experience in government sectors, if available; to assist in the planning, design and development of a DEI strategic plan to the government authority located West Olive, MI.
- Create an executive summary report of the current environment
- Propose an organizational model that will support the recommendations
- Develop a road map for achieving the recommendations that identify tasks, milestones and a timeline for completion
- Create a plan for training.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
