[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workload analysis study services of probation and parole agent job duties and tasks will be conducted to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The study shall be an evidence-based study, focusing on reducing risk within agents’ workloads,
- to the workload analysis report, a qualitative analysis of job duties, identify barriers to completing different tasks, and develop risk-based strategies to address barriers and implementation of an effective caseload management system shall be completed,
- The final report’s strategies and recommendations must be supported by the data gathered in the workload analysis study,
- The Contractor must develop a mechanism for tracking workload information in the sample locations,
- Provide recommendations for effective caseload management strategies that align with risk needs responsivity,
- Identification of barriers and inefficiencies of certain probation and parole agent tasks,
- Development of strategies to address barriers and inefficiencies.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
