Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for community treatment worker services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community treatment worker services to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise a community treatment worker to work with eligible clients, and complete periodic written evaluations of the work performance,
- Monitor each youth through a minimum of three face to face contacts a week,
- Train parents of referred youth on topics including, but not be limited to: proper supervision, appropriate disciplinary techniques for adolescents, making appropriate choices and their consequences, parents as role models, and age appropriate expectations,
- Meet at minimum once per week face-to face with the youth’s parents or legal guardian to discuss progress,
- To provide consultation or advocacy for youth and families with schools, employers, substance abuse or mental health treatment agencies, or others as needed and appropriate, and as indicated in the referring worker’s treatment plan,
- Ensure that plans for restitution to victims and the community are completed as indicated in the referring worker’s treatment plan,
- Manage and supervise the use of electronic monitoring as indicated in the referring worker’s treatment plan,
- Oversee the provision of random court ordered drug screening, as needed and indicated in the youth’s treatment plan,
- Involve meeting with a youth, family, and residential staff in advance of youth's release,
- Maintain ongoing contact, at a minimum once per week, with the court officer to review case developments and to formulate ongoing case treatment plans,
- Provide services in the client's home and other agreed-upon locations, at least 50% of required face-to-face contacts with referred youth shall occur at the youth’s home.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
