[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a web-based, non-customized learning management system and training management system for an employee base of approximately 1,000 personnel. must allow for full enrollment, tracking, reporting, competencies, feedback surveys, testing and delivery of an extensive training program which includes both classroom and online (e-learning) training. must allow for job posting, application process, candidate evaluation and testing, candidate selection, applicant tracking, reporting, onboarding and offboarding. Both systems must communicate with our current payroll software, Central Square.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
