[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Lake Management Consulting Services include Preparing and providing treatment maps required for permitting.
- Annual reports summarizing project metrics. Submitters shall include a submittal date for reports.
- Describe metrics and methodology for measuring goal progress. Currently this office uses a vegetative management methodology.
- The Consultant will conduct a Vegetation Survey and mapping of the entire lake system. The survey shall provide an analysis incorporating Vegetative analysis of field data including estimates of macrophyte biological diversity.
- Fishery analysis to include identification of critical spawning habitats, evaluation of habitat value for specific fish, recommendations for improvements and review of previous studies.
- Annual review of Threatened and Endangered Species information and determination of any impacts to the prior year’s permitting.
- Morphological and hydrological evaluations to include estimate of lake area, littoral zone area, lake volume, shoreline length, and typical discharge volumes and retention times.
- Water quality analysis of significant or required parameters with emphasis on factors related to nuisance or toxic algae production.
- Nuisance plant management prescriptive.
- Assessment of reports and data compilation.
- Development of budgets and future program planning.
- Assistance in permit procurement.
- Assistance in specification development and selection of chemical applicator.
- Field evaluations and written summaries of said evaluations (within 7 days of evaluation).
- Other studies and analysis that may be determined to be necessary to implement lake improvement projects.
- Communications plan, clearly identifying the role of the Consultant and role of WCWRC staff
- Two annual public meetings are needed for this project, one in the fall to present the results of the summer application and harvesting program, and one in the late spring or early summer to review results and discuss to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on April 26, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
