[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Health Equity and Cultural Competency Training services including
- Defines and demonstrates knowledge of health equity, health inequalities and social determinants of health
- Describes how inequities in neighborhood conditions, education, income and wealth, and socio-political climate affect health outcomes and health disparities
- Explains how systems, policies, and ideologies contribute to health inequities
-Mobilizes staff and leaders to engage in activities to support health equity
- Identify examples of effective local, regional, and national strategies for improving systems and policies that affect the social determinants of health and health inequities
- Describes strategies to increase culturally competent service and care, including serving diverse racial, ethnic, religious, non-English speaking, and LGBTQ populations
- Explains ways to understand and reduce bias and includes techniques to either unlearn or better manage implicit biases that may affect decision-making on behalf of marginalized and disadvantaged communities.
- Describe how you can help train 385 staff, either through direct training, train-the-trainer opportunities, or computer-based training.
- Describe proposed logistics, including how the training will be interactive and encourage discussion and shared learning between staff.
- Describe any group processes, norms, or ground rules you use to facilitate learning
- Outline the cost of the project to include a breakdown of the development of the training, course delivery, non-face-to-face training option and continued learning opportunities to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
(2) The contract term will be for one.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
