[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation consultants services includes following to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- Individual reclassification reviews, individual job evaluation reviews, individual market reviews, development or updates on individual job descriptions, annual reports on structure and market movement, recommendation on city of lansing’s current pay structures based on standardized reports, telephone support, the candidate also needs to be able to adhere to the provisions prescribed in our collective bargaining agreements.
(2) The term of the contract shall be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
