Vendor needs to provide website development, redesign, hosting and maintenance consultant services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices, browser and social media.
- Website developers and designers to assist in enhancing the web presence through the development of a compliant, mobile-friendly and service-oriented website.
- Prioritization of accessibility, mobile responsiveness and service-led design, including options to change the font size or translate web contents into a different language
- Creative and original graphic designs specifically fashioned
- Ability to add multimedia such as streaming audio and video support activities such as video streaming
- Ability to provide for a server/directory which stores County files
- Ability to serve pages 24/7/365 by utilizing multiple connections to multiple providers on the internet backbone delivering high speed access and reliable service
- Social sharing icons, making it easy for visitors to share County websites on their social media channels
- Website developer to provide high speed access, reliable servers supporting the latest technology, and quality technical support
- Routine checking of links, images and code across all viewing variables should be part of the host operation.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
