- Web Emergency Operations Center system updates and basic and advanced board building training courses, web-based, crisis information management software which provides decision-makers with real-time access to critical information that can be shared during planning, response, and recovery of an incident, system update will bring the existing software up to date and the training courses will provide core emergency operations center staff the ability to build boards within the system.
