[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food services program for public schools to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The food service management company shall operate in conformance with the school food authority’s national school lunch, foods distribution, special milk, summer food service, afterschool snack, child and adult care food program, fresh fruit and vegetable program and breakfast programs.
- Retain control of the child nutrition programs food service account and overall financial responsibility for the child nutrition programs.
- Establish all selling prices for reimbursable and non-reimbursable meals, milk.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2019.
