Government Authority located in Ann Arbor, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fire and elevator monitoring services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide answering and elevator services for fire alarm monitoring to Provide 24 hour per day 7 day per week monitoring on fire, elevators and security alarms transmitted to the central station and provide appropriate dispatch response to the alarm to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
- Vendor will support the help desk/call center needs for Washtenaw County government twenty-four (24) hours a day; seven (7) days a week.
- Vendor will answer approximately 150 calls/month, 37 calls/week. The customers will be offered an option to press a key on their phone to talk with a representative.
- Dispatch the alarm to the appropriate 9-1-1 dispatch center immediately on receipt of the level 1 alarm.
- Maintain call down lists for each facility and perform call downs on receipt of the alarm.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
