(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP Phone System for a new VoIP Phone System. This system will replace the current analog phone system, Management, Implementation Planning, Support and Maintenance, Customer Service and Technical Support
- Number portability of all numbers
- 4 Digit extension dialing to all locations
- Unlimited local calling
- Unlimited domestic long distance
- Toll free service (Include current rates)
- Voicemail
- Auto Attendant including ability to change and schedule based on schedule or inclement weather.
- Number of call paths.
(2) A walkthrough will be held on December 12, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
