[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide VOIP telephone system with voice messaging for capable of routing inbound, outbound and internal calls, high quality voice with minimal latency, allow library staff to design a simple and easy-to-use voice menu, allow library staff to pre-record multiple messages for different calendar, allow a user to pick up an external call, internal call, or a call on hold, allow a user to pick up a call on hold from any internal extension, allow a call to be transferred to another internal or external number, allow a call to be auto-routed to other internal or external numbers, allow a call to be put on hold, and then be answered from the same or different internal extension, allow library staff to distinguish calls with different ringtones when more than one phones are located in the same area, allow library staff to adjust the volume level on individual phones, allow library staff to dial a four-digit extension on an internal phone to reach another internal line, allow users to view the phone number and its associated staff name for all internal calls, allow users to view the phone number of the caller regarding most inbound calls, allow paging announcements to be broadcast, allow multiple, designated library staff to record and manage the voice menu, business, and holiday greetings and allow multiple, designated library staff to view basic historic call reporting for phone extensions, hunt groups, mailboxes etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 19, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
