[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video technical adviser services for broadcast studio design,
acoustic and media audio or visual equipment experience to assist and define audio or visual
Improvements along with studio design improvements and infrastructure for the city cable office and provide recommendations to address the aging audio visual technology used within the city council chambers, make recommendations to update aging broadcast television equipment and studio and meeting room design recommendations to the government authority located in Pontiac, MI.
- Evaluate and identify city council chambers acoustical problems
- Evaluate city council chambers audio and visual equipment
- Provide recommendations to update the presentation technology in the city council chambers
- Review and recommendations for audio visual and media equipment to make sure equipment proposed will work with acoustical upgrades and integrate into the current system with ease
- Prioritize acoustic improvements and audio and visual equipment upgrades with respect to
operating budget low cost to high cost and define the order of importance for accomplishing each task
- Prepare construction cost estimates for the arrived at design solutions for acoustic repairs and audio and visual equipment upgrades
- Prepare and provide design and specifications for proposed improvements and equipment upgrades
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
