[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water quality testing, tracking and recordkeeping services for sample collection, chain of custody, lab analysis, reporting and data management, collection of drinking water samples at each fixture, manage the project from scheduling testing to tracking status through the mitigation process on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
