[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide equalization director services to establish and maintains a department to survey assessments and assist the board of commissioners in the matter of equalization of assessments
- employs technical and clerical personnel in that department which are considered necessary
- Develop and implement the necessary procedures in order to assure the orderly and equitable
survey of assessments to determine the true cash or market value of real estate and personal
property
- Direct department staff which is engaged in obtaining the necessary data for use in the
equalization process
- Supervise the execution of appraisal contracts between the County and independent appraisal
firms and give final approval to the figures which are used in the equalization process
- prepare appraisal guidelines to supplement and aid staff in the performance of them
Assignment
- Keep abreast court rulings, industrial and commercial facilities exemptions, and other matters relating to property tax administration
- Coordinate description change procedures with all supervisors or assessors participating
- Coordinate mapping program and oversee maintenance of maps at current levels on the
county mapping platform, etc.to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
(2) All question has been submitted no later than September 26, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
