(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services to serve on a retainer for multiple senior or executive level searches to the government authority located in Big Rapids, MI.
- Develop of position profile based on the University position description and input from the search Committee.
- Assist the University in recruiting a strong and well qualified pool of candidates.
- Act as contact for communication with persons nominating candidates or applying for the Positions.
- Provide information on finalists’ current positions.
- Maintain contact with short list candidates, keeping them interested.
(2) All the questions had been on October 2, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
