[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custom messaging recording services to the government authority located in Rochester Hills, MI.
- Provide a draft production for approval prior to the 20th of each month.
- Provide a selection of voice talent for the city to choose from and the city may request that voice talent be rotated through the updates.
- Provide wav files monthly to the city that the city shall download to its telephone IP phone system.
- All copywriting, music, productions and location licensing shall be the responsibility of the vendor
and shall play softly in the background at all times and louder between clips.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
