[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide methamphetamine diversion program services to track arrests in county and monitor arrest sheets to identify potential program participants, receive applications and screen offenders for general program eligibility requirements as they are submitted, meet with program participants on a regular basis as prescribed in their current program phase requirements, take daily program participant morning call-ins to establish participant schedules, take referrals from the case manager and probation/parole and interview potential program participants to assess and determine therapeutic eligibility for the program, collect and retain all program fees and copays allowed and required by the program to cover the costs of all necessary materials and supplies needed to support the program to the government authority located in Allegan, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 16, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
