[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health treatment court support services to conduct a ten-panel urine drug tests for participants as needed and evaluate results, urine drug test must include testing for alcohol, administer and observe testing with same-gendered staff as participant, routinely examine urine tests for dilution and adulteration, complete all necessary chain-of-custody forms, submit drug tests for laboratory confirmation when necessary, testify about drug test results in a courtroom setting should the need arise and personnel to administer the drug tests that are trained, certified and licensed to perform the specified tests and do not have any felony or misdemeanor convictions to the government authority located in Allegan, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 16, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
