[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide guard services for a professional access control and incident/emergency response and other support service to various City of Detroit Buildings in accordance with the quality standards, specifications, policies and procedures as outlined to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Security officers must use proper grammar and speak in a polite and professional manner at all
times using correct titles
- Daily management of access control, and interface with building vendors, delivery services and
management of the loading dock
- Supervision and monitoring of Fire and Life Safety systems and responses
- Hiring, training and administration of personnel so as to procure and maintain highly motivated
and professional employees.
- Cost accounting and billing
- Extra-ordinary work as may be requested by Owner/Manager.
(2) The contract will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
