Government Authority Located in Troy, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IT infrastructure support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT infrastructure support services for a long‐term, ongoing relationship for technical infrastructure support services to work with the existing Information Technology department, Aerohive is implemented at one location and there are 16 APs currently in use broadcasting three SSIDs,
- Restricted LAN, radius authentication to AD on Windstream Fiber 250MB,
- BYOD Restricted for staff mobile devices radius authentication to AD on Comcast 150 business broadband,
- Guest = Coffee shop WIFI with registration portal on Comcast 150 business broadband,
- Main location has Dell switch stacks on each floor interconnected to main computer room via redundant fiber connections, etc. to the government authority located in Troy, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2019.
