[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional items services.
- The promotional items offered should include key chains, umbrellas, mugs, magnets, earbuds, stress-relievers, pens, hats, shirts, jackets, jerseys, plaques and other printed items, banner stands, signs, table draping, and other items
- Pricing for each item should include the cost of standard imprinting or embroidery with approved logos
- The contractor will be required to fulfil custom-branded advertising promotional product orders from marketing Staff
- Contractor will provide a turn-key solution to host and customize LCC online buying site
- The online buying site shall provide ordering capabilities, order management, fulfilment and shipping, tracking, payment processing and customer service contact and support
- Online buying site will include, at a minimum:
- Large product and merchandise selection
- Include products and merchandise appropriate for internal or external executive gifting and awarding
- Ability to interactively design promotional items, including ability to choose product colour, decoration method, logo size, tag lines, logo colour options, etc., and including visual representation of product with logo
- Up-to-date network and internet security procedures, protocols, security gateways and firewalls with respect to the online buying site
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
