[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide municipal advisor services for the city will perform the services at the direction of the city, municipal advisor shall provide an analysis of the financial resources of the city that a new money and or refunding bond issue when combined with outstanding debt does not negatively impact the city’s debt capacity, bond ratings, and meets the city’s objectives and goals, preparation for the issuance of bonds, official statement, application for ratings, bonds structuring, sale of bonds, follow-up activities and financial advisor shall direct and coordinate the entire finance program and working group of professionals to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
