[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

Vendor needs to provide Legal Services to serve as legal counsel, to handle the legal matters of the Board and the College and to receive compensation, as the Board may provide, In the case of a firm with multiple attorneys providing service to the Board, it is expected that a principal of the firm will represent the firm at all Board meetings, The Board Attorney will submit legal fee rates to be approved by the board every two years to the government authority located in Flint, MI.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
