Government Authority located in Troy, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for cabling services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cabling services to the government authority located in Troy, MI.
- Cabling services shall be done during normal working hours, however, at no time may
the contractor block exits or interfere in the normal business operations
- All work shall be closely coordinated with information technology leadership and no work shall begin until authorized
- All work shall be performed in accordance with electrical codes and industry standards.
- Industry approved qualification testing shall be performed on all cabling installed with results provided to IT leadership
- If the contractor chooses to use an aerial lift for any reason, they assume full responsibility for damages to all interior and exterior surfaces
- Ladders and other equipment are not to left unattended where employees may come in contact with them
- The contractor shall maintain a designated site supervisor and lead person on site at all times who is authorized to make immediate decisions and take-action on behalf of the contractor
- The contractor is responsible for ensuring the work areas are blocked off to prevent personnel from entering while work is being done
- No part of the work maybe subcontracted to individuals or other companies
- The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, materials, supplies, equipment, and safety devices including adders, lifts, eye and fall protection, barriers, warning signs, etc.
(2) An optional pre-bid walk through will be held on October 24, 2019.
