[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data and communication infrastructure services to the government authority located in Taylor, MI.
- Communications System Design Requirements:
- Copper cable and terminations, communications equipment room fittings, communications outlets, communications grounding and bonding, communications identification,
- Coordinate requirements for service entrance and entrance facilities with Communications Service
Provider,
- Coordinate the work with other trades to avoid placement of other utilities or obstructions within
the spaces dedicated for communications equipment,
- Coordinate arrangement of communications equipment with the dimensions and clearance
requirements of the actual equipment to be installed,
- Provide a complete permanent system of cabling and pathways for voice and data communications, including cables, conduits and wireways, pull wires, support structures, enclosures and cabinets, and outlets,
- The term plenum is defined as return air spaces above ceilings, inside ducts, under
raised floors, and other air-handling spaces.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
