[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide e-learning software program, the software should allow for unlimited user accounts (non-concurrent) to accommodate the county’s approximate 1,100 employees and should offer training at all knowledge levels with customizable, interactive applied learning,
- The software should allow for unlimited user accounts (non-concurrent) to accommodate the County’s approximate 1,100 employees and should offer training at all knowledge levels with customizable, interactive applied learning,
- The software should allow for full enrolment, tracking, reporting, and delivery of Microsoft Office e-learning content,
- Implementation Services:
- Setup and customization services, including the setup of any necessary files, tables, lookups and/or menus required for implementation,
- System construction,
- Data transfer,
- Training of primary, administrative users including detailed user guides,
- The e-learning platform must have the ability to perform, at a minimum, the following administration of online training:
- Unlimited user access (non-concurrent) for approximately 1,100 County employees,
- Concurrent access to approximately 5-10 users is sufficient,
- Ability of employees to self-enrol in classes,
- Access to pre-built content library of Microsoft Office and other basic office computing and business skills e-learning modules,
- Reporting capability (enrolment, attendance, completion).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
