[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services for effort to promote and celebrate educators.
- produce videos to continue the campaign
- film, edit, and deliver monthly videos, beginning with the December release, along with shorter promotional videos for the #proudMIeducator campaign
- The videos must be filmed in an interactive documentary style, featuring multiple interviews and additional b-roll footage
- Producing short promotional videos using footage from #proudMIeducator videos to promote the campaign and the teaching profession
- Insuring School District/organization and/or MDE Media Release forms for all participants are submitted prior to a video’s release
- Must be filmed in an interactive documentary format featuring interviews with the featured educator, colleagues, students, building/district leaders, parents, and/or community members supporting the educator
- Promotional videos should be no longer than 30 seconds in length
- review the edited video
- Copyright laws relating to video, audio, and graphics use
- suggested edits to the Contractor within 5 calendar days of receipt of the edited video
- review edited video and approve final version.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
