[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public address and paging system for support a centralized management software instance to collectively and centrally manage all speakers and all building.
- web browser across existing data network
- system access from remote locations via either telephone and web browser to individual buildings for zone paging and alerting
- system access from remote locations via web browser to allow for program changes
- system shall store pre-recorded emergency alert messages matching owners existing standard in use at other facilities.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 11, 2019.
(3) An intent to due on October 16, 2019.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
