Government Authority located in Flint, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for payroll processing and human resource services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll processing and human resource services to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- Services shall include payroll software application to process bi-weekly payroll of approximately 50+ employees with on-going Payroll services support and training, software application to include sick and vacation accruals and reports, software application to interface with time clocks, separate software functions for hr and payroll, which allows access to the same data, total compensation reporting, provides real time data, cloud based system, OSHA reporting, online bulletins, allows employer to provide company documents, links and acknowledgement receipts, quick-calc to calculate employee deductions such as garnishments, manual checks, payroll preview report to view prior to final processing of payroll checks, manual check entry and distribution and reversals, distribution of payroll checks with check signing and direct deposit of wages, employee mobile app available to utilize.
- Produce payroll reports to include, but not limited to, Master Employee File, Payroll Register with Totals, Personnel Change Report, New Hire Compliance Report and Benefit Accrual Report, Quarterly Tax Deposit Reports and various Employee Record Reports.
- Payroll tax filing, to include, but not limited to, Federal and State Unemployment Returns and Reports, 941 quarterly and Annual Federal Tax Returns and Reports, and Annual Returns for Withholding Payroll Taxes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 10, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
