[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide attorney services for indigent criminal defense attorney services for defendants brought before the 17th Circuit Court for January 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020 to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Court intends to establish a contract price for defense services and contract with attorneys who agree to accept a group of cases at the contract rate.
• Indigent Defense Services Preference Sheet including,
- The name of individual attorney to be assigned cases,
- A statement indicating interest or non-interest in murder cases,
- The number of cases interested in accepting in 2020 (criminal only),
- A brief statement of how cases will be covered in case of illness or other absence,
• Resume of participating attorney,
• A copy of current proof of liability insurance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11,2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
