[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide courtroom technology upgrades including audio system, teleconferencing system, multimedia presentation and display capabilities, videoconferencing, a digital video recording system, video surveillance equipment, assisted listening system for the hearing impaired and a control system to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
- Complete equipment list, software, freight, programming and all the miscellaneous costs with line item quantities, model number, manufacturer, description, labor and cost,
- On-site training sessions,
- Audio, video and control line drawings of proposed system showing your understanding of the project,
- Product literature on all major hardware items,
- One (1) 70” Sharp or Samsung, or equivalent, LED display with wall mount
- Digital presenter/document camera with abilities to,
a) Display on courtroom monitors,
b) Display of basic documents,
c) Split screen with one saved picture and one active,
d) Save/recall of multiple documents,
e) Rotate and zoom active document,
f) Annotate stored document with text or line drawing features,
g) Display X-rays as the active document,
- VCR/DVD combination that supports DVD-Video, DVD-RAM, DVD-1, CD, CD-R/RW, Video CD, MP3 and JPEG. Provide custom rack shelf and sync sensor for VCR or DVD,
- Control system functions to include, but not necessary limited to, room volume up or down; phone conference volume up or down; videoconference volume up or down microphone control and muting side-bar or bench conference white-noise generation; phone conference dialling wall displays on or off source selection and routing to required displays and VCR or DVD control.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 14,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 21,2019.
