[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide comprehensive compensation study develop a total compensation system for 37 separate positions to the government authority located in Saline, MI.
- Review and analyze the city existing total compensation program including benefits, salary, and related issues
- Conduct and develop a thorough market study that presents information and recommendations concerning current salary ranges to ensure external competitiveness and internal equitability, including gender parity for each classification
- Provide information on the criteria and methodology used to determine the compensation market
- Perform a systematic assessment of each classification in relation to other classifications to establish internal compensation relationships and structure across departments
- Include contemporary, comparable compensation methods, which may include other public sector entities, i.e. educational institutions, not-for-profits and private enterprise
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
