[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide branding initiative services for assistance in development and implementation of a branding initiative includes research, message development and strategic branding implementation.
- The brand must be relevant and resonate with our cultural and ethnically diverse residents, businesses, employees, and community groups within Kent County and throughout
the region in order to gain the broadest possible recognition
- The brand must convey a common message and image to internal and external stakeholders
- initial research necessary to define target audiences
- create the expression of brand and visual elements that will effectively communicate the County’s identity to target audiences
- allows use by the wide variety of departments, programs and services that make up the County is
also, imperative
- recommended logo, colors, fonts, graphic style and elements that are adaptable for use across a variety of media applications, including the County website.
- Style guide with visual and graphic standards, including new logo
- Templates for common needs such as letterhead, web page layout, report covers, brochures,
PowerPoint presentations etc.
- new brand identity to the target audiences as well as identify ongoing strategies for communicating, maintaining and enhancing the brand’s value over the first three years following introduction
(2) A not-mandatory pre-submission conference will be held on October 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
