Government Authority located Detroit, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Application Design Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Application Design Services to
- Identify appropriate technology to use long-term based on project requirements - Current prototype to demonstrate proof of concept was built with TextIt and HelloWorks
User Experience
● SMS and browser-based eligibility check across four programs based on family size and rough income
● Text message flow that includes link to application platform
● SMS based provider search
● Browser-based assistance application process (1 set of questions that can map answers to multiple applications based on logic)
○ Able to include multiple siblings/children in a user’s care
○ Able to select program(s) a user wishes to apply to on main page
○ Instructions customized for main page
○ Logo added within platform (further branding to be discussed at a later date)
○ User has the choice of two outputs (print/save and deliver in person, or submit digitally)
○ Notification via text/email of submission and reminders
● Data stored if given permission
● Pull inputs from text conversation into application workflow
● Web application should be WCAG (or other accessibility standard compliant) Data Needs
● Data storage
Output Needs
● Print/PDF any forms completed with option to send PDF of any forms completed via email
● Information not shared/sent to any third party until after eligibility check and user verifies their interest in sharing
● Any data stored should be queryable by authorized city employees to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
