(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology assessment services for IT infrastructure, systems, equipment, policies, and procedures for an independent, comprehensive assessment of the Township’s computing infrastructure, and will perform interviews with various Township staff IT consumers to determine vision, strengths and capabilities to the government authority located in Grand Blanc, MI.

- Remote access practices and infrastructure
- Problem escalation, resolution
- List of Software Solutions onsite and Lifecycle
- List of Software Solutions hosted and Lifecycle
- Microsoft licensing audit OS, CALS, Productivity, Server, SQL
- Server OS use and management
- Desktop OS use and patch management
- Database use and patch management
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 20, 2019.
