[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public housing agency software for property management, financial accounting and associated support services.
• To utilize technology to maximize efficiency in the housing authority business processes
• To eliminate redundant manual data entry by maximizing integration between all automated systems performing necessary management and administrative functions
• To offer user-friendly, streamlined customer portals for those seeking to apply for housing, re-certify their housing eligibility, pay rent, and submit work order requests electronically
• Menus within software modules are arranged logically according to order of operations of
Processing
• Software modules are standardized as to menus, screens, entry fields, cursor movement, function or special keys, prompts, data editing, and terminology.
• easy to use on-line help.
• ability to add additional screens for entry of user defined fields.
• System provides audit trails tracking user access to system and activity
• System provides user profiles to assist in creating new users based on user security or application access.
• ability to support unlimited number of users
• ability to schedule reports to be run at certain future/dates and time and reports can be created in both a printed or electronic format
• System can track user information for each Journal Entry to include user name, time / date stamp
• ability to view transactions in summary or in detail.
• System offers ability to define reoccurring journal entries
• System offers ability to auto-reconcile payable checks with auto-import from Bank
• System supports multiple financial entity data entry on one Journal Entry
• System offers ability to reverse and repost a posted journal entry with corrections or void a posted entry
• ability to export system reports into third tools like excel.
• System offers ability real-time Cash requirements report based on deposits made, checks cut, journal entries affecting cash account and open a/p posted
• ability to copy current budget as prototype for future budget
• ability automatic interface between check process and vendor data update.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
