[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide videotaping and production services for city council meetings.
- The vendor will make a video recording of City Council Committee meetings and regular bimonthly meetings using equipment that will be provided by the City. If a special meeting is called, the City will give the vendor 24 hours' notice to provide services for such event. During the course of this contract, the City Council may hold meetings at another location, at which time the vendor will have to provide their own equipment.
- The vendor will be responsible for recording and submitting, with captions or graphics, replays of Council meetings when held. The format of these must meet the requirements of Public Television. The original copy of the recording must be submitted to the City of Flint Clerk's office for archival purposes.
- Live Streaming of each meeting.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
