[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Petoskey, MI.
- Sweep, wet-mop, and mop dry all stone, stained concrete, ceramic tiles, marble, travertine, terrazzo, quarry tile, and other untreated flooring
- Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces removing fingerprints, smudges and stains
- Spot clean carpets as needed on a daily basis
- Remove all foul weather traffic runners nightly to permit complete floor cleaning and re-lay or store ready-for-use.
- Clean all entrances, lobby glass inside and out. All framework is to be wiped clean after cleaning entrance glass.
- Wash exterior of waste receptacles as needed.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 26, 2019.
