[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Enterprise Asset Management System required deliverables that must be completed prior to the creation of the EAM RFP(s). This work is seen as the foundation for an EAM solution and is critical to ensuring all strengths and needs are thoroughly assessed prior to the
selection of an EAM vendor.
1. Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis current projects with similar scopes, current methods and
processes used to track assets (including any asset management software systems
currently in use), strengths and weaknesses of the various systems/processes
currently used to track assets, work orders, and the needs and requirements from
each department for enterprise asset and work order systems. The Vendor is also
required to conduct a gap analysis of the City’s current asset management and
work order systems. This assessment should use interviews and data collected during the Needs Assessment as the basis for its analysis and should use industry
best practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement as well as
identify current strengths within various departments/systems
2. Draft RFP(s) for an Enterprise Asset Management Solution –
3. Project Management and Updates.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for eighteen months.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
