[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interpreter services for the deaf is a skilled professional who serves as a language and cultural mediator between deaf and hearing persons.
- The interpreter must be fluent in both American sign language (ASL) and English, is fully registered and endorsed and adhere to the registry of interpreters for the deaf (RID) code of professional conduct.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
