Government Authority located in Lansing, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for propane study services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide the services of a qualified research organization to prepare a propane study for the department of environment, great lakes and energy and the public service commission. The study will include both the lower and upper peninsulas of Michigan with respect to the supply and distribution of propane as an energy source for Michigan residents and businesses to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
a) Preparing a visual representation that clearly presents the system complexities.
i) Consider validity of assumptions in existing research.
ii) Include potential points of local and regional supply disruptions.
iii) Include routes, transportation methods, and efficacy.
iv) Consider locations, volume, and accessibility of storage capacity.
b) Surveying relevant propane industry partners.
i) Catalogue current maintenance plans for the distribution system including projected maintenance cycles.
ii) Inventory emergency plans.
iii) Identify information sources and metrics that signal increased risk of disruptions occurring.
c) Advise the Task Force and provide any additional professional opinions on relevant topics or issues that arise in connection with this objective.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
