[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement and audit peer review to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The peer review must include a review of internal quality control policies and procedures, including, but not limited to:
- Related monitoring procedures
- Audit and attestation engagement reports
- Audit and attest documentation
- Other necessary documents (for example, independence documentation, CPE records, and personnel management files related to compliance with hiring, performance evaluation, and assignment policies),
- The peer review must include interviews with various levels of the staff to assess their understanding of and compliance with relevant quality control policies and procedures, estimate staff time necessary to fulfil interview requirements and include the number of staff to be interviewed,
- Select audits and attestation engagements that provide a reasonable cross section of the assignments performed by the reviewed audit organization,
- Select audits and attestation engagements that provide a reasonable cross section of the reviewed audit organization’s work subject to quality control requirements, including one or more assignments performed,
- The contractor must consider the adequacy and results of monitoring efforts to efficiently plan peer review procedures. Review procedures must meet requirements,
- An opinion on whether the system of quality control of the reviewed audit organization's audit practices was adequately designed and complied with during the period reviewed to provide the audit organization,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
