Government Authority located in Wayne, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for pre-employment background check services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-employment background check services to conduct pre-employment background screenings for each prospective employee that has received a conditional job offer to the government authority located in Wayne, MI.
- Criminal History/File Check: Identity jurisdictions to be searched based on social security/address verification above. Conduct comprehensive search of national state and county criminal file repositories for felony and misdemeanour convictions. Repositories must be law enforcement or court-file based. Independently created data bases are not acceptable. Vendor must be able to provide an alternative search method for those jurisdictions that do not have repositories. Manual/physical search of county courthouse criminal records may be conducted on an as needed basis.
- Credit Report: Conduct a search of applicant’s history of indebtedness, payment history, and public record information (judgments, liens, etc) at the discretion of the Airport Authority for employees offered employment in sensitive financial positions.
- Social Security Check: Social Security number/Address Verification: To confirm identity and obtain address history. Contractor will cross reference addresses to job application and determine scope of criminal file search. In the event of a discrepancy between address verification and job application, the Contractor will notify the Airport Authority.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31 ,2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
