[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial reporting solution that integrates with Ellucian Banner, and provides unified interface for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure that funds are well spent and accounted for.
- Reporting solution should allow for the following unified interface for budgeting, forecasting and analytical reporting efforts, ability for users to create report templates and ad hoc reports, ability to easily modify and export presentation quality visualizations, ability to report and filter a report based on specific criteria, operational and financial metric tracking, quickly switch between and/or combine data sources, ability to compare data sets side by side, ability to perform drill down and data cleansing on reports and/or dashboards, dashboard reporting and visualization creation tool, automated scheduling and report delivery capability, easily share results with others that do not have access to the software via email, multi period and year trend reporting and analysis capability, ability to use wild cards for custom ad hoc queries or reports, ability to report on multi periods i.e. MTD, QTD, YTD, prior periods, and custom time frames, within the same report, ability to read defined banner calendars, ability to collaborate on report output with others within the system, ability to lock down and control aspects of reports that should not be changed by reviewers, allow for reports to run on multiple devices and browsers for web-based reporting, ability to inherit rights from user groups, ability to define fine grain access to data elements within reports, ability to define user security by report, efficiently support data integrity, data manipulation and analysis of data sets, allow for multiple campus users and specific security access including financial services division staff and other approved college personnel and must adhere to current accessibility standards and guidelines.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
