Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for applicant tracking system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system should allow for the following creating job postings for internal and external users of the system, posting position ads through various external sites, accepting applications, resumes, cover letters, transcripts and other required documents, screening out candidates who do not possess required qualifications or who do not attach required documents, evaluation of candidates by human resources, hiring manager, search committees and other appropriate parties, communication with applicants as to the status of the search as well as offers of employment, communication with prospective new hires for on-boarding purposes: exchange of required forms and documents, providing information about orientation and other pertinent information, evaluation of hiring process metrics including time to hire, diversity of candidate pools, etc. through standard reports as well as the ability to customize reports, store and archive applicant applications and attachments per job applied for future reference.
- ATS must provide comprehensive training both on-site and via training manual, must provide an internal and external career site which allows internal and external applicants to easily search for and apply for positions, must allow for fixed duration postings as well as on-going job postings, must allow for the creation of pre-screening questions in various formats- yes/no, essay, must allow for posting specific requirements for various documents including resume, cover letter, and transcripts, must allow for access by search committees and hiring managers which are limited to designated postings only, must allow for updating of applicant statuses on an individual or a bulk/multiple basis, must be user friendly for applicants, must allow for mass emails to candidate pools on an automated and on demand basis, must provide clear and concise instructions to guide applicants through the application process including: saving work in progress; attaching documents; limitations on types of documents or filename limitations; withdrawing a submitted application, must allow applicants to withdraw and reapply for job postings, must allow for specific closing date and time for postings and ensure that expired postings may not be accessed by applicants, must allow for templates for the creation of job postings; for the ability to copy previous job postings; and the ability to create new job postings, must allow for printing of file ready applications for employee personnel files, must provide access to customer service/help desk resources, must adhere to current accessibility standards and guidelines and must provide the applicant a view to display their application activity.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
