Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitation services
- The strategic planning project is intended to build upon recent successes in economic and
community development by identifying additional strategies to enhance community vitality and
redevelopment of key areas, Internally and operationally,
- Seeking a consultant to lead the Township staff through the process of visioning and creating a strategic plan with deliverables,
- The Township desires an inclusive process involving input from a variety of stakeholders, including the township board, township staff, the business community, non-profit community, and residents,
- Create a mission statement, vision statement, and statement of values,
- Develop a brand and branding elements that are recognizable throughout township including print, electronic, signage, publications and other materials as needed and differentiates the township from surrounding municipalities,
- SWOT Analysis: Identify the townships internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats,
- Goals, objectives, strategies: an outline of what the township hopes to achieve over the
upcoming years in the short-term, mid-term and long-term,
- Monitoring success and key performance indicators: strategy for identifying key performance indicators used to regularly monitor the progress of the strategic plan.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
