[B] Scope of Service:
vendor needs to provide enterprise one financial system upgrade project
- The City anticipates that up to 150 concurrent users will be accessing the new system, via personal computers although this number could be higher on the last day of time entry, every two weeks,
- Customizations to the current software include Procurement – Pcard integration and transaction disbursement to blanket purchase orders. Various custom reports are utilized in many of the modules Optio Software is currently used for forms generation (purchase orders) which includes Optio e. ComIntegrate Server, Optio Design Studio and Optio Fax,
- Publisher is currently used for Accounts Payable and Payroll checks and Direct Payment,
- Preferred technologies for new system:
- Remote user access, web enabled system, multiple environments for production, sandbox and development, virtualized server architecture, SQL database, audit trail system with various levels of detail, workflow, flexible security administration that allows for multiple layers or levels of locking down applications and fields, flexible and easy to use report writing process,
- To develop strategies and an action plan for the successful upgrade from enterprise success criteria and relevant services shall include:
- Analysis of current architecture, identify required enterprise one or third-party software in order to maintain or enhance functionality in enterprise one or higher,
- Develop specifications for the deployment of virtual servers within the existing virtual environment.
- Determine needs and develop specifications for the purchase of software and upgrade package utilizing Oracle partnership; Installation, implementation and integration of hardware and software.
- Maintain features and functionality of existing system; identify added features and functionality and work with City relative to the feasibility of new features or functionality implementation
- Migration, set-up and go-live activities in conjunction with upgrade and/or new software/virtual servers
- Enable the ability to perform package builds during normal working hours
- Creation of fully functional, stable and maintained integrated financial system.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
